(Woodfield systems USA Inc) completed one such project successfully in the USA for a renowned cosmetic giant.
Woodfield has designed, manufactured and commissioned a stainless steel truck bottom unloading arm with 4” steam jacket and full arm insulation for this client to enable delicate handling and heating. This bottom unloading arm is fitted with WSS swivel joints for safe and easy movement during operation. This product has also been equipped with Dry Break Coupler to avoid accidental spillage of product. The complete package is mounted on its own stand post. The solution was offered by our distribution partner Hatfield and Company. After listening to the requirements of the end user and the engineering company, a complete solution was presented and accepted by the client, and is now in operation.
